We are constantly being challenged in life. Sculpture enables me to address some of these challenges and sometimes find answers.
I use a variety of materials in my work, although most are ceramic. I have recently been experimenting with papier mache as I find the use of discarded materials very comforting in a world where there is so much waste.
The majority of my sculptures are figurative.
